Interested in carrying our products in your store? 

If you are interested in reselling Rising Tide Fair Trade products, please email us a brief description of your business and your resale ID. All of our products are available for wholesale purchase. 

Please send any other inquiries to info@rtfairtrade.com and we'll respond within 48 hours. 

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return within 2 weeks of receipt for a full refund or credit (less shipping costs). Please email us at info@rtfairtrade.com to notify us of your intent to return and send the bag to the address we provide. After we have the opportunity to assess the condition of the bag, a refund will be made via paypal. Shipping will not be refunded. Please note that our bags are one of a kind and handmade and the occasional 'flaw' is a part of the design.
